Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.


Delays & Issues

We are not responsible for delays due to weather, customs, or courier errors. If your order is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us if unresolved.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details. THHG INC is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
